Homemade Butter Spread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Medallion Whole Milk Powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil (or oil of choice)
- 2–3 pinches of salt
Instructions:
- To a shaker, add 3/4 cup of Medallion whole milk powder
- Add 1/3 cup of water
- Add 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Add 2 pinches of salt and shake it vigorously or blend it well till it forms a paste-like/buttery consistency
- Transfer the butter spread to a bowl
- Once taken for consumption, store it in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator
