Homemade Butter Spread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Medallion Whole Milk Powder
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (or oil of choice)
  • 2–3 pinches of salt

Instructions:

  • To a shaker, add 3/4 cup of Medallion whole milk powder
  • Add 1/3 cup of water
  • Add 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Add 2 pinches of salt and shake it vigorously or blend it well till it forms a paste-like/buttery consistency
  • Transfer the butter spread to a bowl
  • Once taken for consumption, store it in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator
