Homemade Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 cups Medallion Banana Milk Powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix 3 cups of Medallion Banana Milk Powder with 1 cup of water to create a banana milk base.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the sugar and vanilla extract.
- Pour in the cream and mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Churn in an ice cream maker for 20–25 minutes, until thick.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for 4–6 hours.
- Scoop and enjoy homemade banana ice cream.
