Homemade Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Medallion Banana Milk Powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • Mix 3 cups of Medallion Banana Milk Powder with 1 cup of water to create a banana milk base.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Pour in the cream and mix well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Churn in an ice cream maker for 20–25 minutes, until thick.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze for 4–6 hours.
  • Scoop and enjoy homemade banana ice cream.
