Looking for a way to relax at the end of your day? One of our employees created a relaxing lavender milk bath recipe that is sure to lift the stress of your days of self isolation.
- 2 cups Medallion Milk powder (whole or skim!)
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add 1-2 cups of your milk bath mixture to hot running water
