Vance's DariFree® Original - A fresh rich, creamy taste very similar to milk and is an excellent source of calcium. It is free of Gluten, Lactose, Casein, Cholesterol, Rice, Soy, Egg and Fat. Medically acclaimed and widely used in treating food intolerances such as celiac, PKU, Crones, and Autism.
Potato starch, Maltodextrin (from potatoes), Natural Flavor (no MSG), Crystalline Fructose, Calcium Carbonate, Coloured with Titanium Dioxide (an inert mineral), Carrageenan, Dicalcium Phosphate, Salt, TriCalcium Phosphate, Potassium Citrate, Lactic Acid (from Sugar Beets).
To reconstitute, always add powder to cold water. For smoothness and flavour, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day. Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place.
In a mixer/server/pitcher, add 125 mL (1/2 cup) of Vance’s DariFree (more or less for a creamier or lighter taste) to about 250 mL (1 cup) of hot or cold (hot water makes a creamier mix). Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed (will not mix by stirring only). Then add enough cold water to make 1 litre and chill. Stir well before serving and enjoy.
After mixing with water, it will stay fresh for at least a week with refrigeration. Store the unused powder in the container.
