Preparation:  Instant Whole milk powder is very easy to prepare.  To reconstitute, always add the powder to cold water. Always keep rehydrayed milk refrigerated.

Directions for 1 glass of milk:  Measure 1 cup (250 ml) of cold water then add 1/4 cup (2oz.) of powder and stir.

Directions for 1 litre of milk:  Measure 1L (4 1/2 cups) of cold water then add 1 and 1/4 cups (10 oz.) of powder and stir.  For smoothness and flavor, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day.

Packaging: Each 500 gram stand-up foil pouch of Medallion Brand whole milk powder will allow you to make 4 litres of milk when instructions are followed. The milk powder is packaged in a modified nitrogen atmosphere to extend unrefrigerated shelf life to 24 months.
