SKIM MILK POWDER

Carefully prepared from pasteurized fresh milk and when reconstituted has 0.12% butterfat. Receive all the protein, vitamins and minerals required for your diet, while eliminating the butterfat and a majority of the calories.

Ingredients:

Skim Milk Powder, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3

Preparation:

To reconstitute, always add powder to cold water. For smoothness and flavour, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day. Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place.

To make 1 liter:

  1. Place 1¼ cup (284 mL) water in a shaker and then add ¾ cup (100g) powder.
  2. Swirl container to wet powder.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  4. Add 3 cups (682 mL) water, give another shake and place in refrigerator.

Shelf Life:

12 months unrefrigerated (Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place). Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated.
