BUTTERMILK POWDER
Medallion Brand Buttermilk Powder is the result of removing the water from the liquid buttermilk derived from the manufacture of sweet cream butter. Buttermilk powder adds a wonderful flavor to baked goods, especially breads, biscuits, and panccakes. It can also be reconstituted for drinking.

Preparation:
To reconstitute, always add powder to cold water. For smoothness and flavour, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day. Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place.
To make 1 liter:
Mix 13 full tablespoons (125g) powder with 900 ml of water
Shelf Life:
9 months unrefrigerated (Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place). Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated.
